West Malaysia 3 – 7 Working Days Based On Volumetric Weight

*We are not deliver to East Malaysia for the time being.

Working days exclude weekends and Public Holidays.

Additional days may be required for areas out from major cities.

If you do not receive the parcel within the shipping time stated above, please contact us within the next two working days by Whatsapp so that we can check with the courier company.
SRI POMA is not responsible for courier delays and courier damages.If there is any courier damages caused, you may send email to [email protected], include the following details. Once easy parcel get confirmation from courier side and declare lost, they will immediate proceed to submit insurance claim:

You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped out. Please note that it might be located in your Junk/Spam mailbox if you can’t find our mail in your primary mailbox.  You may track your order with the tracking number provided via this tracking system directly (click here)

We process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 48 hours (excluded weekends and Public Holidays). Kindly refer to the table above for the estimated arrival time.


You may check the status of your order by logging into your account.
“On Hold” means your payment haven’t received by us.

“Processing” means your order is being processed by us.
“Completed” means your order has been shipped out and you may get the tracking number via email or message.


During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues. SRI POMA does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control.
